These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our website (orderai.com), downloadable app, and services ("Services"), including Blockchain-based loyalty points. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. See the End User License Agreement (EULA) for app-specific terms.

Use of Services

• Eligibility: Open to restaurant owners, staff, and guests aged 13+ (with parental consent if under 16).
• Account: Register with accurate info; keep login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity, including loyalty point management.
• Global Access: Available to any bar, restaurant, or guest worldwide, currently free for all users, including loyalty points via Blockchain.

Service Availability

• Free Access: OrderAI, including loyalty points management via Blockchain, is free for all users as of now. We may introduce paid features later with 30 days’ notice.
• Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including Blockchain features) at our discretion, without liability.

Rules

• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), especially for Blockchain loyalty points.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations (e.g., misuse of loyalty points), without notice.

Updates

We may update the Services or ToS, effective upon posting at orderai.com. Continued use means acceptance.

Termination

• By You: You may stop using the Services or delete your account anytime.
• By Us: We may terminate for any reason, including AUP violations, without warning.
• Effect: Termination ends your right to use the Services; loyalty points may remain on the Blockchain.
